  Con unas cuantas zanahorias, un puñado de espinacas y un masio de berro, prepare un jugo en el procesador de alimentos.  Luego lo envasa en un pote de cristal y lo guarda en la nevera.  Lo puede mezclar, con cualquier otro jugo, ya sea de china, manzana o el que usted guste.
